Account Security and Management
3.1 Password Protection

3.2 Account Suspension
1xbate may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer Verification)
For security and fraud prevention, 1xbate may request that a KYC verification process be completed at any time. This may include:
- A copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Bank statement or mobile financial service transaction history
- Selfie or video verification
If KYC is not completed, withdrawals may be delayed or suspended.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

- Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used at the time of deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirement of any active bonus has been met.
- If there is any pending KYC verification, withdrawals will be delayed.
4.3 Taxes and Charges
1xbate does not impose any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or a bank) may apply its own transaction charges, which are entirely your responsibility. If income tax or other government taxes are applicable, the relevant user is responsible for paying them.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,500 bonus → Total ৳2,500
- ৳8,000 or more deposited → Maximum ৳5,000 bonus → Total ৳13,000
The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (you must complete betting equal to 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing).
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the details of the relevant offer.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Transferring bonus funds to another member is prohibited.
- 1xbate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is proven (such as hedging or arbitrage betting), the bonus will be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program
The 1xbate VIP Program has four tiers — each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet will only be considered validly registered when it has been successfully recorded in the system. 1xbate is not responsible for bets that could not be processed due to network disruptions or connection issues.
1xbate reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on odds or results that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
6.2 Bet Cancellation Policy
A bet may be cancelled in the following situations:
- If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins
- If a clear system error is proven
- If evidence of fraud or match-fixing is found
- If odds were provided based on incorrect information
6.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Arbitrage betting (placing bets across different platforms to make risk-free profit)
- Betting using bots or automated software
- Account hacking or attempting unauthorized access
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Using the betting platform for the purpose of money laundering
- Using or controlling another member's account
